There are so many ways to share your work so if you're required to give access to lecturer, make sure you are clear on how they would like this to happen.
Grant access in the permissions:
Go to the 'Portfolio' drop-down tab, then click on the 'Shared by me' link. You will then see your collections/pages on two separate tabs.
Locate the 'Edit access' column and click on the lock next to the collection/page you want to share:
Next go to 'Share with other users and groups' and search for your lecturer in the 'users' section. Once located click on the '+' icon and press 'Save':
From any page in your portfolio, you need to open the hamburger menu, open the Portfolio drop-down and select Shared by me
Hamburger menu > Portfolio > Shared by me
Next, select the tab you need (you'll only see Pages if you don't have any Collections yet). Select the globe icon next to the portfolio you want to share:
Finally select +New secret URL. This will generate a unique link that can be shared :)
Open the pen icon if you want to set a start and end date for access via this link.
Select Save when finished.
